Environmental Sustainable Design
Project 1- Awareness Video ​
It was a video on saving water.
I am personally a environmental conscious person but this project definitely strengthen my awareness. Every time I bath, I wash, I drink, what I did in the video comes across my mind and made me think of what I have now is a luxury to billions out there.
Even though my video might not raised that much awareness in others, but it had done its effect on me and I think that is something good too. One changed is better than none.
Project 2- Construction Waste

The project is meant to bring out our creativity on how to re-create something beautiful from unwanted wastes in the construction site.
What I did was a bird made up of tiles.
The reason behind this idea came from overlapping my hands to create a bird shape. The intervined hands symbolize my care for this earth while the soaring bird symbolized freedom.
The streams, the living beings, the wind. Everything should be running freely and not destroyed.
The reason for using tiles is to create the cracking texture. This flowerpot is a hanging flowerpot so when you hang it up, from below the light will shine through the cracks and it creates a sense of hope as long we are willing to do something to change it.
